Seven, Idle, Halligan, and Slam produce Rebellion Radio, a podcast that does indeed rebel against many, if not most, social norms. We respect the hosts’ persistence shown by the number of released episodes which are broken into seasons and episodes. Though this show is labeled a comedy, it crosses that boundary into something perverse. Content from Rebellion Radio includes the hosts describing who they will “bang” and how, including types of necrophilia. Inspired by current events, hosts discuss the Olympic gymnasts and their worthiness for crude sexual acts. We could not help asking ourselves, “Aren’t many of the gymnasts that competed in this summer’s Olympics underage?” Adding to the repulsive content, episodes include hosts drinking as much liquor as possible while informing listeners who is getting intoxicated the quickest. It goes without saying that the language used is terrible. We listened to various episodes from each season hoping to hear improvement but unfortunately did not find it. The lack of solid sound quality only adds to the inadequacies of Rebellion Radio. Obviously, we must highly advise listeners to stay clear of this show.
